This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

When creating an artifact, if there is the artifact type attribute in the view, we can modify the type directly in the column. When changing to or from a heading type, there is a bug : when changing from a heading to a non-heading type, the artefact remains a heading artifact, and the new type is added as a heading type in the browser.
To avoid this bug, our users have to enter into the editing mode, by modifying the content. There is an artifact type browser that appears in editing mode, and the heading is processed correctly that way.
We can't forbid our users to change the artifact type through the column directly, because we would have to forbid them to change the type altogether, and they need to be able to change it.
It's really annoying and happens all the time throughout the writing of a module. It's also a really obvious bug, and has a real impact on user experience, and the willingness of our engineers to use DOORS Next.
