Add Artifact info pane and filter/views to module Audit History and Change Sets windows for better change review and workflow

While viewing Audit History within a module, we would like to click on a change and see the corresponding artifact pane/column with all the attributes, Comments, and linking information in the right-hand column instead of just the "Overview" pane. This way, we could modify the State Transition, review linking, and have some sort of workflow for our users to compare changes, review linking, and approve and/or provide Comments. With Change Sets, we request the same. There is the option within Change Sets to open the corresponding artifact, but it's not as effective for a user review unless actually seeing within the same window the artifact pane when you click on each changed artifact. We would also like the ability to filter on specific attribute changes within the module's Audit History and also the Change Sets. There is currently the option to see only Content changes within Change Sets or only attribute changes or module changes. We want to be able to use a filter and/or views within the Change Set. We want to also click on the changed artifact in the Change Set and have the Artifact pane appear within the same window for an effective review of other attributes, Comments, and linking.
