DNG review: Work with "module artifacts" instead of "base artifacts" only

In the moment only base artifacts can be added to DNG reviews. Module artifacts cannot be added to reviews. This led to the effect that only base artifact links are shown in the review screen. Module artifact links are not shown.
Since we review only module artifacts (we review only requirements in the context of their documents) and not base artifacts, we cannot see the traceability information within a review we need.

    Reviewing base artifact means module links are not visible in review, if review tool is to be useful it has to be possible to review module artifacts

    This should be considered of high importance if we move to sitewide contractor implementation of DOORS Next rather than just one contractor.
