Ability to filter in DNG views based on the linked artifacts

Provide ability to filter in DNG views based on the attributes of the linked artifacts which belong to a different project area.

    Yes, we need this filtering capability too. The only way we can do this is through Report Builder, and that way is not efficient. It's not like in Classic DOORS where you could easily filter the contents of the DXL linking column. So many filtering capabilities are missing from DNG. This is a big one that would help with link validation, since we haven't found a way yet to control permissions on link creation per Groups/Teams like in Classic DOORS (we are working with IBM support on this to see if there is a way...maybe it will become another RFE).
