Enhance tool to allow filtering based on attributes of linked artifacts

Doors Next does not offer sufficient filtering capabilities.

Filtering displays only attributes available in current RM component, but not attributes available in linked RM components.

To have the possibility to search and display a full picture of a complete product/supplier feedback there should be a filter that allows the requirements in a module to be filtered based on the content of attributes of linked artifacts.

Use case example:
Create view for subsystem, to show for example rejected Supplier Status of all related components.
Identify/show requirements, which are linked with a specific link type from/to another RM Component (for example 'satisfied by') and have a specific value (for example 'rejected') for specific attribute (for example Supplier Status), which are not available in the current RM component.
