Resizing of inserted artifacts in order to see better the added information

When we are working with requirements, if we insert artifact 1 within artifact 2, artifact 1 is very small and it is hard to see the details (see Inserted artifact.png).

If there could be any way to resize the inserted artifact 1 (image, diagram format, etc.) to make it bigger when the artifact 2 is being edited or it is inside a module, it would be useful for authors, commenters and reviewers, as they could see all the information while reviewing the module, without the need of opening the artifacts in new tabs.

In addition, it would be useful to resize the inserted artifact1 directly in DNG because when the RPE is used, the RPE cannot resize the artifact 1 and the published information is not as good as expected.
