RFE-166302: UAT Finding: Test Plan reconciliation not able to handle testcase removal

The "reconcile" function via which "requirement" artifacts are used to trigger testcase artifact creation on ETM side and/or addition of testcases into ETM Test Plans is unable to efficiently deal with the situation that requirements "no longer" reconcile into an existing testplan. Scenario: At the beginning requirements (in ERM) are set for a specific VnV Method (and VnV Method Sub). Based on this initial setting Test Plan(s) are created in ETM and testcase reconciliation is done. But then afterwards (e.g. due to further requirements and VnV review, the VnV Method setting is modified, i.e. existing value removed from requirements (and other values assigned instead). (this is very normal review/update/refinement procedure in a project). Repeating reconciliation for the existing test plans "only" indicates (lists) which testcases are removed, but there is no mechanism to immediately remove those testcases from the test plan. Instead each of them must be removed manually. This leads to error prone situations and inefficiency. This issue has been fixed on 703. Can this be backported to 702 iFix. Please refer the RFE number RFE-166302.
