Can't see just your own differences between changesets

Can't see just your own differences between change sets. Mixed in with everyone's diffs. Very confusing to see just your own diffs and get misleading visualizations so that now have to dive into each to confirm if real changes or not.
Difficulty with parallel development and reviews with change sets.  Not being able to “rebase” our change sets due to DB growth issue, so that is not a solution.  Other related shortcomings due to multiple change sets.
Shows confusing visualizations where it shows deleted requirements that are not really deleted. They are added by a different changeset. In the view can't tell if actually deleted or was added after changeset was created. In view, both appear to be deleted.
Seems to only be artifacts that have been added or removed. Often have multiple changeset open in same component working on different changes. Different artifacts. Should be a defective design because provides a misleading summary of the changes.

When you write "Module difference view" in the use case, could you please that you mean the view that is opened when you perform a "Compare with stream..." action from within the current change set? If not, can you please clarify which view this is about?
