Comment Feature Adds user list , user group, paste of multiple users in GUI

The DNG comment feature is enormously powerful especially when comments are made toward a target audience of more than 1 user and filed against a specific artifact. The use case allows for effective online review using the comment feature. Once set up it is highly effective. The issue is setup including the assignment of more than 1 user to a comment. The GUI only allows for single entry of username added manually. That is 1 select per user per comment. With 1000 artifacts and 10 different groups of users participating in comments on per artifact basis, it takes hours to set up the Comments in a controlled manner. Adding the feature to add more than 1 username to comment either via COPY/PASTE or add a list of users, or a group of users in a single click, greatly reduces the set-up time for comment effective comment usage. Please schedule and include this feature in an upcoming release.
