Provide the ability to create a retroactive baseline from a previous moment in time

Any customer using DNG with configuration management enabled would benefit from this feature.   There are several use case scenarios which would support the need for this retroactive baseline feature.  For example, because DNG views do not have a history, having the ability to create a baseline based on a previous moment in time (i.e. a retroactive baseline) would give users the ability to audit a views configuration and result set from the past.  This will help organization meet the compliance requirements defined the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Program – CUI.
