DNG attributes to become mandatory based on the State workflow

in DNG like system, there are lot of attributes which are in place and this has to be mandatory before they can deliver.

currently there is no approach possible as compared to EWM (Mandatory using Preconditions).

This is big NO for us, we are mitigitating this with Views (creating views with naming Mandatory) to guide users that these fields are must for artifact type.

with such a valid attributes then artifact is not complete.

This would even cause bigger problems in other areas and cause lot of rework. one such example is Review.

Review shall be done on the content if some attributes not filled (with no tool restriction), back and forth of updation of artifacts happens due to content required not existing at all.
