Restrictions in copy/paste requirement artifacts

Overview :

DNG provides the copy pasting of artifacts inside the module. During the process of copy/paste , copying of attributes also happens.

Current Situation :

Users are performing copy pasting of requirement artifacts (This will also copy artifact attribute values as well).
Attribute values are not modified later on and forget it by keeping the value as is. This leads to some wrong reports (duplicates) even though some of the artifacts has unique values.

Business Use Case :

It would be better to provide a pop-up (similar to work-item copy) where the users are allowed to chose the attributes values has to be copied.

It also better if we can build some scripts to restrict some of the attributes copy (also values) so that the users doesn't need to worry. Just perform copy/paste
