Ability to move artifact and module templates to a new DNG project without using a project template

Please provide an export / import feature that allows to copy artifact and module templates only.

It is possible to copy artifact and module templates from one DNG project area to another, but only at the outset when applying the project template.

As noted in the below RFE, often it is not possible to have on hand all the necessary artifact templates at the time of creating a new project.
"There are some great example artifacts that I would like to distribute to projects that are already created to further distribute our thoughts on best practice.  Without the ability to export artifact templates, I cant do this."
