Moving of Requirements between Modules by maintaining the Links is not possible

The Links between Requirement (e.g. Derives To) are stored in the context of the containing Module.
Unfortunately it is not possible to move a Requirement from one module to another by maintaining the links.
You can only use the same Requirement (same ID) in another Module without the links or copy the Requirement (new ID) with the Links of the old ID.
To be able to rework Requirements properly, a move operation (Cut & Paste with Links) is necessary.

Use Case:
A requirement module needs to reworked, e.g., splitted into two modules. The artefacts to be moved to the new module include incomming links in the context of the module.
There is no option to move the artefact into the new module and keep the incomming links, that they link now to the same artefact in the context of the new module.
