This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I have the following scenario regarding preserving requirements links in models when importing into ELM:
-I have a reqif/mgiz file from DOORS V9.6.X that I want to import into DOORS Next
-This files has linkages to rhapsody models that are also going to be imported in RMM
To help explain:
Requirement A from DOORS V9.6.X is getting imported into DNG
Requirement A also has a linkage to Rhapsody Model B
Rhapsody Model B is also getting imported into ELM (via RMM)
Normally we obtain our requirements through Gateway from DOORS V9.6.X - It is added as a satisfaction link.
Activity Model > Call Operation > Requirement Link (Satisfaction)
When the model is added to ELM - it retains the links (satisfactions) in the model. When we import requirements from DOORS V9.6.X to DOORS Next - the links between the model added in ELM and the requirements imported that the model uses are not re-established.
There is a need to preserve the linkages between the requirements and the models - so that an engineer does not have to manually re-establish the links in DOORS Next. There should be an automated process that can re-establish the links.
