Dear IBM,
Baselining of item/s is an essential capability for today's fast growing organisations. Since there was no option to baseline in DOORS Next Gen., we opted GC enablement. After enabling GC we got a situation with on a already reviewed Module, as follows:
1- Before GC enablement, the review comments given over modules by reviewers were also visible in Module views by using Attribute "Comments".
2- After GC enablement, the module/s (reviewed) were captured automatically into default component area and now the review comments can not be seen in Module View by using Attribute "Comments". (as were seen in point 1.)
in our case / General case, the author/approver shall look into the review comments and ensuring their neccessary fulfillment by author, if required. But enabling GC is creating problem to that as explained in Point 2.
Requesting you to please relook and correct this non-practical approach.
Best Regards,
Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh,
