Enable ability to create a report of historical trends on requirements workflow states in ELM

Hi Team,

We would like to create a report of historical trends on requirements workflow states. Initially, considering the links below, it seemed to be possible.

However, we noticed that existing implementation historical trend matrix of reporting in ELM has below limitation : 

  • Data Warehouse based reports does not support reporting on historical trends with CM Enabled Project Area.
  • LQE with Configuration based reports has only limited historic trend metrics enabled.
  • For Document Style - RPE report based on DNG data the input should be provided by DNG Reportable API. Currently, none of the available DNG Reports API provides requirement workflow information.

Hence, this request to implement historic trend reporting of workflow states of artifacts in GCM enabled project areas. This feature will benefit most of our users and important to have one.
