Update test result with iteration by name instead of test phase id.

According to ticket TS009502923 I have to find test phase id in order to update test result with iteration. It should be able to select an iteration by test schedule name instead of test phase ID It's not practical for user to have to find test phase ID every time when they want to update test result by going to this url https://yourserver:port/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/project

    Could you make it as an option, We use 1 iteration per 1 test plan, so in 1 test plan only have 1 iteration. It would be easilyer for my user to select iteration by name.

    Note that multiple iterations can have the same names in a test schedule. If we support name instead of ID, the tool would have to decide which one to pick in the case of multiple iterations with the same name, for example the first or the last one in the list. This might cause user confusion.
