Provide option in "Duplicate" feature to not add "Copy of" in front of artifacts copied to the target that have the same name as existing artifacts

We want to duplicate test suites to another project area, such that the test suite and none of the included artifacts are prefixed with "Copy of" when the name is not unique.
We are spending a lot of time manually removing the prefix. Could you add an option in the Duplicate dialog to specify "Allow non-unique names" or something like that, so that the artifact names are the same, regardless there are artifacts with the same name in the target project area.

We have not enabled the "Name Uniqueness" setting "Enforce name uniqueness for artifacts" in project area in "Manage This Project Area", so we expect to be allowed non-unique names. This means that we can create artifact names for test cases, test suites etc. that are not unique. No warning is displayed and the artifacts are created as expected.

When we open a test suite and click the icon at the top for "Duplicate" and duplicate the test suite to a different project area, artifacts with the same name as an existing artifact on the target project area are prefixed with "Copy of". The same behaviour can be seen when duplicating to the existing project area.

We would like generated artifacts to follow the behaviour of the "Name Uniqueness" setting in the target project area. The setting is disabled by default, so duplicate artifact names exist by default. Only when the setting is enabled is unique naming enforced. This behaviour applies regardless the setting. --> "When artifacts are generated, the test artifact will automatically be provided a unique name."

<Here is the full text>

"Select this option to enforce name uniqueness for test artifacts. After this option is enabled, you cannot reuse test artifact names. When manually creating test artifacts for the specified types, if the name already exists, you are prompted to enter a unique name. When test artifacts are generated, the test artifact will automatically be provided a unique name. If the project area is enabled for configuration management, you can enforce unique test artifact names for the specified test artifacts types within that stream only."

Enforce name uniqueness for artifacts. [checkbox]

<Reproduce Steps>

1. Create two ETM non-CM enabled project areas: PA1 and PA2.

2. Do not enable "Name Uniqueness" setting "Enforce name uniqueness for artifacts" in either project area. (Default is not enabled.)

3. Create a test suite in PA1. Add three test cases to it.

4. Click the "Duplicate" button and duplicate the test suite to PA2.

5. This works as expected.

6. Repeat the operation one more time.

7. The artifacts are duplicated to PA2, but this time "Copy of" is prefixed to the front of the test suite and all the test cases.
