Allow Account Style Wizard to be accessed via Partner Portal for build partners.

At the moment, partners must have the account style wizard activated on each organisation's associate. We would like to have the Account style wizard available at the partner portal level so that Account Styles created on one associate are accessible for use on another client associate. This would help reduce time spent on duplicate work and would mean that partners don't need to request the Account Style wizard for particular clients on every associate. 

From working with Expert Labs, we are aware that back-end supports the functionality of sharing account styles across associates and therefore would simply like this to be available for use for Partners.

    This feature is being developed. Some technical items to overcome but should become available before the end of the year. Likely that an edit option will become available on PartnerPortal towards the end of Q3 while create will be in Q4 or Q1 of 2025.
