Thanks for your suggestion.
Typically customers track invoices/records for a specific supplier in a single account. If they change suppliers, that account would be closed and a new account number is issued by the supplier to track that consumption. Keeping the supplier data separate helps manage incomplete or missing data as you have the context of the supplier which indicates the source of the records.
I can appreciate the need to bulk update accounts from a customers perspective, like by changing the supplier although this is not something we can do as part of the current account data upload process. In the longer term, we are committed to addressing further requirements to empower our customers to utilize bulk configuration capabilities independently. This task has been flagged for future consideration, and we are dedicated to incorporating your feedback into our product development roadmap.
