Bulk user account update

I cannot bulk update users Access Role of Access Level. At launch, our implementation team guided us towards the Group level access - we have now realized this doesn't suit our needs and we need Organization level access for all our users. However, I can't bulk update this - I have to manually change 200 users from Group to Organization. Significant waste of time.

    Hi @Guest , thankyou for your feedback.

    Currently there is no UI facing bulk update action for user access level. User setup and management can be complex with many moving parts including access levels, access roles and work roles.

    If the implemented approach is not meeting your current requirement, please raise this with your client service manager. Depending on your subscription, there may be opportunity to have this bulk updated via the back end.

    I've noted your idea and it will be a future consideration for the product roadmap.
