Enhancement to API: _Envizi-ExtractForAccounts : Additional Attributes & Additional Parameters

Request the below Enhancments on the  _Envizi-ExtractForAccounts API 

  • Additional Attribute:
    • !Updated_Onto indicate the last date/time an Envizi Account has been updated.
  • Additional Parameter:
    •  !Updated_On to enable to retrieve only those Envizi Accounts that have been created / modified after a particular Date/time.
    • Data Type (orAccount Style) to retrieve only those Envizi Accounts that are relevant for HSE

Use Case: 

  1. Out of close to 16,000 Accounts in HSE Envizi System, probably very few (<10 or 15) will be updated on a daily basis and we would like to retrieve (via API) only those accounts that are modified since the last update and NOT process all the 16K Accounts every day.
  2. Out of Close to 16,000 Accounts, only 3,000 Accounts (Electrcity, Gas Oil, Diesel, Petrol etc) are relevant for HSE in this integration. Most of the other 13,000Accounts (such as Head Count, Floor Area etc) are not relevant for HSE in this integration.
