This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The training videos are often the first impression users have of the software, so it is vital that it appears professional and high quality. Customers need more content going into greater depth so that you can dig into a whole series of videos and learn an entire workflow on your own. These videos need to be short (under 2 minutes) and dynamic with excellent production values to keep the attention of people. [From NCEE Workshop]

Hi Ian,
Thanks for providing the feedback on the training videos. Do you mind sharing links of training videos you have seen now, so we can review them?
We are in process of updating the UI which in turn will get all or most training videos updated. I will discuss your feedback with learning and development manager.
Regards,
Gagan
I agree with this idea and would like to add that these videos should be updated frequently, as the platform is constantly evolving, and some templates or Enzivi features shown in the videos are now outdated.
