Add BREEAM, LEED and WELL as managed building rating benchmarks

The module helps to administer and track these certifications and their status/expiration on the building portfolio level. Through setting up Location Ratings. Here you can select BREEAM, LEED and WELL from a drop down menu covering rating body. You can then extract a report called “Extract for Location Ratings” where you can see all locations with certificates.

To my understanding there is no automation with BREEAM, LEED and WELL as with GRESB and Energy Star, that are integrated into Envizi.

We would like BREEAM, LEED and WELL to be supported to the same level as GRESB and integrated within the platform.

    Thanks for raising the idea through IBM's Aha portal. It is a good idea to have integration with 3rd party rating benchmark platforms, however it is also a big investment decision to make if IBM Envizi is to partner with any of the organizations. Also it seems not all of them are offering partnership and supporting tools (e.g., API) for such integration at the moment.

    We will monitor the space and re-evaluate this in the future.
