Many companies report their GHG emissions following the Operational Control logic for setting the reporting scope boundary. Companies have different level of operational control over freehold properties than over leasehold properties. Having a picklist where users can select if the location is a freehold or a leasehold property could help hold this information in Envizi, making the reporting process easier to review.

    This can be achieved using existing functionality by adding relevant locations to a Portfolio Group structure.
