'Vacant' Operational Status on Locations

I am logging this ticket as I have been tasked with requesting for a minor addition/change to Envizi/sustainability@ISS system in relation to the choices available for “operational statuses” in the location settings of buildings.

Essentially, the required addition is an option to mark locations as “vacant” which will more accurately reflect the status of locations. This option is available in the MDM when setting up a customer, but isn't actually available on the system itself.

Reason being that the current options don’t reflect a vacant building, which has unique properties, including a significant drop in energy consumption, whilst also having different ability to access the building compared to other statuses. As a business benefit this will allow for better tracking of data and monitoring of energy consumption to help delivery of the energy optimisation programmes.

    "Vacant" has been added to the operational status options in location settings.
