Current functionality in the ESPM API will remove any pre-existing property use details in Energy Star Portfolio and replace it with the values of the most recent month in the 12month request period.
The result is that any variance in property details (such as changes in employees on main shift or changes in number of pcs, etc.) will removed from ESPM. This has impact on baseline and historically reported scoring.
The time periods included in the Envizi Property use details accounts should be carried forward into ESPM and reflected under the "Current As of" date so that the start period of any Envizi record generates a new ESPM property details row.

We have released a latest enhancement to the 'Full Data Sync' mode in Envizi ESPM API.
With this update, under the ‘Full Data Sync’ mode, all current and historical property use details captured in relevant Envizi accounts will be uploaded to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager(R). The previous logic of sending only the latest property use details with a timestamp of year 2010, has been removed.
This update does not have impact on the ‘Partial Data Sync’ mode, under which only 12 months of energy and water data are sent to Energy Star.
You can read more about this in the updated knowledge base.

2023 Q3 update:-
Partial Data Sync mode is now available for api data integration with the Energy Star Portfolio Manager(R) platform.
Under the partial data sync mode, only utility (energy & water) data will be uploaded to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager(R), without the inclusion of Property Use Details data.
Existing energy star api request buttons have been renamed to ‘Request ENERGY STAR(R) Score w Full Data Sync' throughout the platform, and a new button 'Request ENERGY STAR(R) Score w Partial Data Sync' has been added alongside existing buttons where applicable. The new partial data sync upload also supports bulk operation by using multi-select on Locations grid.
For more details on the feature, please refer to the Energy Star - Upload Data to ESPM knowledge base article.
Thanks for the request. This has been promoted to be reviewed in Q3/Q4 roadmap. The road map review is a quarterly exercise and this item will be assessed together with other road map prirotities.
