GRESB - Envizi's Version of Asset Level Spreadsheet

Request: Can Envizi consider embedding/outputting a group-level summary similar to GRESB's Asset Level Summary Page?

Why: Currently, only the GRESB Asset Summary page offers a detailed data summary of what has been pushed from the accounts tagged with GRESB tags. Having a summary page like this at the reporting group level similarly to how the Asset Level Spreadsheet is structured can be a very useful tool for both data owners and assurers when conducting a thorough review process. Since the Asset Level Spreadsheet is the final format of how the data should be pushed, it will provide the users a greater confidence of how data is pushed from Envizi to the GRESB portal.

How: This could be individual summary pages comprised of each GRESB sections (Asset Characteristics, Reporting Characteristics, Building Certifications, Energy, GHG, Water, Waste), where it lists out all of the Locations within the selected reporting Group and the underlying GRESB data in one page.

Benefit: Increased confidence in data owners and assurers, better transparency of data flow which ultimately leads to better accuracy and results.

    A new 'Extract for GRESB Asset Summary' has been released.

    The report shows real-time data in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite that has been configured and tagged for each of the GRESB reporting questions in the GRESB Real Estate Asset Level Spreadsheet. The values in the report are the same as the values that are displayed in the GRESB Asset Summary (with API) page.

    Thanks for raising the idea through IBM Envizi's Aha portal.


    We are looking into the possibilities of creating a consolidated portfolio and organizational level Envizi GRESB audit report. The audit report will not be in the same format as the GRESB Asset Level Spreadsheet, but it would contain GRESB responses from multiple assets to facilitate the review and audit activities of responses on an entity or portfolio level.
