GRESB - Adding a 'Select All' Button when Disabling Fields at the GRESB Group Summary Page

Request: Can Envizi consider adding a button that allows the user to "select all" fields when disabling fields at the GRESB Group Summary Page? 

Why: Currently the users have to individually tick all fields to ensure that the selected fields are disabled. This is also limiting as the user can only disable one 'section' per go (e.g. Asset Characteristics, Building Certifications, Reporting Characteristics, Energy etc.), which takes quite a long time to update.

Benefit: Saves time for users

How: Add a button that allows the user to "select all" when disabling fields. Also add a overarching 'select all' button that allows the user to disable all fields for all GRESB sections in one go.

    The 'Select All' sections function has been released to the DISABLE FIELDS pop up form on the 'GRESB Group Review (with API)' page.


    If leaving the 'Section' drop down as 'Please Select' - it defaults to selecting all sections for the disablement action. More details can be found in the Envizi knowledge base article for the Group Review page:

    Thanks for raising the enhancement request through IBM Envizi's Aha portal.


    We have reviewed this and think it is a great idea to include the option of selecting all sections and fields on the Disable form.


    This will be reviewed together with other GRESB related enhancements before next year's GRESB reporting season.
