Multiple Group Selection When Extracting a Report

Request: Can Envizi consider improving the reporting feature, where the user is able to select multiple Groups, rather than one Group at a time?

Why: Might be useful for entities that use various Groups to organise their data structure. Being able to select multiple Groups may provide the flexibility for the user to pre-emptively filter out any Groups that might not be wanted to be included into the report. Selecting individual Locations can be time consuming.

Benefit: Saves time for users from extracting multiple reports. Provides flexibility in which Groups can be included per report.

How: Include an option in the 'Run Report' Pop-Up window, where the user is able to select multiple groups under the 'Select Group' drop down menu.

    This functionality is currently available through "Personal Groups".

    There is a knowledge base available here detailing how to create personal groups, which will allow you to create a custom group from existing groups and locations, this custom group can be used in the group selection box for reporting.
