Filter Data Type Groups and Ratio by Custom Tags

The current Envizi setup does not allow us to filter data type groups and ratios by custom tags, which we think this function is useful when we want to separate data under the same data type. For example, we would like to separate total landlord energy use by common area and void units, and calculate the corresponding energy intensity. However, we are currently unable to calculate this because the system does not allow us to filter data type groups and ratios by tag.

Hi @Guest this functionality is planned to be released in the future. In the meantime, a workaround for this is to use one of the existing account fields to classify accounts (such as supplier, account reference or source). These can be returned in PowerReports using the field names in the "Item" table.

Alternatively you can also use a filter to directly filter for specific account numbers which will achieve a similar result.
