This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thanks for raising the request. The reason for GHG not supporting Whole Building GRESB tag is due to the fact that GRESB GHG questions are not broken down by Whole/Base/Tenant sections like the Energy/Water/Waste questions do. GHG questions are broken down by either Whole Building or Outdoor Areas, so tags had been provided for tagging Outdoor Areas only.
We are looking into adding the support of Whole Building tags to GHG questions, to support the use case of exclusion and will provide an update here once it progresses.
Financial Impact - this one is probably $5,000 – it’s about 2 weeks extra analyst and then manager review. The context that I would add to this is that energy and GHG data are linked and clearly accessible in Envizi so it’s really surprising that the energy would update to GRESB accurately with the GRESB tags but the emissions wouldn’t.
