Consider adding Statistics Finland Fuel classification data into Envizi

Statistics Finland has this fuel classification data that is used in Finland for example for emissions inventories, EU ETS and in systems related to environmental protection.  They update annually. https://stat.fi/tup/khkinv/khkaasut_polttoaineluokitus.html

ESRS AR 43 has point that states: "for activities reporting under the EU ETS, report on Scope 1 emissions following the EU ETS methodology. The EU ETS methodology may also be applied to activities in geographies and sectors that are not covered by the EU ETS."

Adding Statistics Finland data to be used in Envizi would ease calculating emissions correct in the first place.
