Built-in functionality to do batch approvals of labor should be adjusted

Maximo has built-in functionality to do batch approvals of labor. It is, however, a very powerful tool. Seems from the perspective of MaxAdmin, it is too powerful. Few adjustments and the tool is for everyone. As an AOM, I need to be informed about consequences of my action-to-be-performed (when I mark rows of Labor and initiate batch approval) so that I can cancel my action and adjust and not cause troubles for my contractor, co-workers, MaxAdmin. Hence, Maximo should bring up an information window telling: * Number of labor lines + amount of hours to be processed * Number of labor lines already processed * Number of labor lines + amount of hours not pointing to any of my GL Accounts The user can proceed or cancel
