Refresh Maximo IT demo content

The current Maximo IT demo content are 2 decades old. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dell_Latitude#Latitude_D600
and Windows XP as part of the major IT Asset records. These need to be clean up along with many outdated data samples.
It is also diffcult to demonstrate software license reconsidation without proper set of base license metrics and structured records.

    IBM is working to cerate new Maximo IT demo data that supports 3 or 4 powerful use cases. this is being managed in an Epic and we hope to deliver by 1-Jan-2025.

    This issue is larger than Maximo IT and we completely agree. we have a project in review for how this could be done.
