This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

In our existing customer environment, the same fields—or fields located in different sections—need to be displayed to users with different input types. In SSC, this is achieved by defining multiple sections and assigning different sigoptions to them, allowing fields to be set as read-only, required, or shown/hidden based on user permissions.
However, we are working on MAS upgrade and Self Serve transition for our customer and when using the same XML presentations in Self Serve, we observed that the fields are not handled in the same way. Following our support case, we received confirmation from the support team that “the last dataattribute will always overwrite and take effect,” indicating that this functionality behaves differently in Self Serve and that no alternative workaround is currently available.
Our customer is planning to transition from SSC to Self Serve as part of their MAS upgrade, but limitations like this are preventing progress. We kindly request your support for the implementation of this feature in Self Serve.

Thank you Cem for the idea.
Could you please either advise here - what field is being used twice in a single offering. we are trying to understand the use case and why the need to show the field twice? Would the two values not contradict each other? also what are the sig options being used.
Thank you
