Graphical Work Week Scheduling Allocation, adding Vacation time to resource allocation.

In Graphical Work Week and Scheduling Allocation, is there a way to include Holiday, Loaned‑Out, Meeting, Personal, Sick, Training, and Vacation time so that they count toward an individual resource’s allocation percentages?

We run reports on Resource Allocation, but currently the system only counts assigned work orders.

As shown in pictures, one individual is on vacation for the entire week while the other has assigned work. However, the individual who is on vacation still shows 0% allocation.

Hi John, how are you? for your scenario you want to take the NON WORKING time as allocation? today what we do we recalculate your allocation based on your availability, means if the resource in example has a work with 1 hour assign and during the vacation week you have 38 hours vacation it will be 50% allocation, without the vacation it will be 2,5% allocation, tell me if you are lookin on NON WORKING and part of ASSIGN time and I can follow with Assignment Manager core team once that is coming from their rule. Appreciated.
