mxexport utility converts beanclass names to lower case

The mxexport utility in Maximo retains descriptions and other defined attributes in the correct case. However, it converts bean class names to all lowercase instead of keeping the camel case or are as defined.

The advantage of this change is that it will preserve the information accurately, so if the exported XML needs to be re-imported, you won't have to update hundreds of class references.
