IBM should notify any environment change to the MAS SaaS customers

IBM should notify certificate change to the MAS SaaS customers before MAS SaaS is changing certificate.

There were certificate change from "DST Root CA X3" to "ISRG Root X1" by Let's Encrypt without notice to the customer from IBM. Customer did not know that MAS SaaS is using CIS (no documentation) and did not know about this certificate change will occur, which led to API access error and could not use the system for around two business day. Big impact to the customer.

If we want to sell SaaS to more customer this is not acceptable.

Not only certificate change but any change that will happen to SaaS environment, IBM should notify the change to the customer.

Hello it appears the certificate change was made by AWS - we use AWS services - and the communication did not reach SRE who therefore could not notify clients. This has been discussed and SRE should be on all future notifications.

    Thank you Micheal,

Just for your references, this is the case number TS017204900 which we figured out certificate change had happened.

Clients should be notified of changes. I will follow up with the team to see if this is something that is not happening or if there is something else that needs to happen.
