IBM MAS - Dedicated & SaaS

    Different time out time for authorized and concurrent users. Currently there is only on time out time in Maximo for both user types and usually this time is kept as short as possible due concurrent users and their app points consumption but in same time authorized users might suffer from this and it can cause severe issues for them if there are e.g. a lot of open things ongoing and all the sudden you are signed out with short notice. We would like to propose to have possibility to have own time out times for those users types to allow smooth working for authorized users but still keep concurrent users app points consumption in hands.

    Especially authorized users would benefit from this change and also organizations would be able to manage their app points usage better.
