Drag and drop functionality- Drag the text value from one text box and paste it into another textbox / field.

It would provide the users with the ability to drag and drop the text value from one textbox into another text box instead of performing copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+P) option.

Previously in Maximo 7.6 version this ability was present, and user was able to drag and drop a field value without having any restrictions. But it seems in MAS this feature / browser functionality is disabled.

This will benefit the Maximo Users / customers Since users were highly dependent/ using this feature back in Maximo 7.6 version and now this feature has been removed from MAS.

The ask here is the ability to drag a value from one textbox and drop the value into another textbox instead of performing copy and paste.

It seems in Maximo 7.6 the browser feature was not restricted but in MAS this drag and drop feature has been restricted.
