Configurable expiration time for SAML integration token Merged

There is currently a 90 days limit for the JWT token used for MAS9 integrations with SAML. Meaning every 90 days the system connected with MAS 9 has to manually update the SAML token. This limitation prevents the integration of Maximo through SAML. Although on paper MAS9 has SAML capabilities, this limitation makes it ineffective, it can't be used.
