MAS9.0 - Move Logout button back to Start Center page from the Profile drop down box

Users in Maximo 7.6 were very familiar with the location of the log out button on the start center header.  This caused users to log out through this button vs. just using the Exist "X" to end the browser session.

With the introduction of MAS9.0, the log out button is now one level removed from the start center default view, in the Profile drop down box.  This causes users to click the browser session X button more often than searching for the Log out button within the application.

Since Harvard is using concurrent App Points licenses and the timer for terminating X closures and inactive users is set to 30 minutes, app point licenses are held that much longer each time a user exits using the Session X.
