With application and suite navigation now on left side, can we return logout to a single button on the upper right as it was in EAM? Merged

Logout is now more important than ever to free up app points for the next user. With the advent of 9.1 moving all of application and suite navigation to the left, very little is in the upper fight, where logout was a single click, in EAM (<=7.6.x). MAS 9.2 adds functionality to allow a Focused view of the left navigation which should further users leveraging the left side, making the upper right to really be there just for logout, as profiles rarely need changing for most users.
