Add support for Azure SQL Managed Instance

Customers using EAM with investments in SQL Server (sort of Microsoft shop) and Azure as preferred cloud are more likely to prefer MAS Manage on Azure with managed database offering during migration. At present, two of the managed database offering on Azure are Azure Sql Database and Azure Sql Managed Instance as seen in attachment which are not supported by MAS Manage.

Risk Management

Initial Results

Quick Deployment of MAS Manage 8.5 with Azure Sql Database seems to be successful, refer screenshots. Launch options are available on https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.AzureSQL(if you have Azure subscription) or refer MS-SQL-PaaS-IaaS-options in attachment.
