Download preloaded database if new version is available on Maximo when Delta option is enabled

With the Delta option enabled, Mobile will ignore the preloaded database and always do a delta from the local database with Maximo. In this scenario, the problem starts when the user doesn't sync his Mobile for many reasons: no new WO is assigned, the user is on leave, and there is no work shift. With that, when users return to work and sync their device, it will do a delta from the local database with Maximo, which could take longer depending on the number of changes it needs to download.

If Maximo Mobile identifies that a new preloaded database is available in Maximo, download it before running the delta sync. In that case, it will reduce the number of records that need to be synchronised. Synching only the delta records since the last db was generated and not taking with base the local database.

    Hello product team

We have a similar requirement, when there is a new preloaded db available on the server, the mobile user will not get it until the mobile user performs either of these actions from the Settings page: 'Reset app' or 'Update all record data' or 'logoff with clear data option'

It will be great if user can have another option in the 'Settings' page where user can just request to refresh (or redownload) just the preloaded db, or to prompt the user again to download a new db in case of mutiple dbs available.

Regarding downloading 'Record data' in the data sync page: When we login for the first time or reset the app, it downloads the preloaded db and the transaction data. However, when performing 'Update all record data' we found it also downloads 'supporting data', which we don't see in other two actions. It looks like its downloading more than what it should.
