Allow SaaS customer access to license monitoring to view app point consumptions also in 9.1.x versions

It looks that in version 9.1.x SaaS customers are not allowed(confirmed from SRE team) to access license monitoring function in Suite Administration for some reason even this was allowed in 9.0.x versions.
Reason seems that be that access to license monitoring is bundled to other Suite Administration things and especially configurations where SaaS customers are not allowed to access.

As knowing app point consumption is crucial thing for customers at least that access should be allowed and if needed separated somehow from other configurations like in 9.0.x versions.

Currently missing this function is like using you bank account without visibility to balance at all since we as customers do not know if we are close to limit, far away from, how situation fluctuates in different days and times when shifts are working, etc.

 

We as customer see this also as a road block to get to 9.1.x versions as we will loose the visibility to these thing totally...
