Improved messaging / error handling

Users attempt  to retrieve data via the "map tab" from Work Order Tracking application. If for any reason the set of workorders contains one record reference that cannot be retrieved from GIS, The entire set fails. 

Example:

Sample set of records from initial request contains variety of records (spatial references include ASSET, WO_POINTS, and SERVICE ADDRESS).   

1) Found that WO records with spatial (WO_POINTS, plussisgis=1) where the status = CANCEL were not able to be retrieved on map individually 

When these records in the set; update map failed. When these records replaced with WO in active status, the map display performed as expected. 

 Requesting Messaging: RecordID did not exist in GIS. Display remaining subset of records in set as (N-1) of N records

2) If any record specifies PLUSSFEATURECLASS, but "bad data" (cannot be retrieved from GIS, does not exist or ID value not found) values in LIST set, the update map will fail.

 

If set includes "non-spatial" record(s)-  PLUSSFEATURECLASS is null - the update map will succeed with subset of valid spatial records. This is desired behavior.

 

REQUEST FOR ENHANCEMENT: ALLOW ERROR HANDLING IN MAP TAB, DISPLAY AVAILABLE RECORDS FROM ANY SET, REPORT "RECORDS OF COUNT"  IN DISPLAY TO ALERT USER OF MISSING DATA. User data will inevitably contain errors, they require the ability to see remaining records and to be alerted to error.
