Add the ability in Manage Inspection Forms to Build a Table to capture Inspection Results in

There may be a number of readings I need to take that are similar.  For example, I may need to take an As Found, Zero%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% reading for the XNTR and the same for an XMTR%.  For an inspection form today, that would be 12 separate questions with a lot of scrolling.  If I could build those 12 questions into a table response format, it would be much more user friendly.

See the attached file for an example.  Each cell in the table would represent a response that would need to be entered.

Another use case is around inspections of vehicles. You inspect and capture tread depth, tire pressure and year on each tire on each axle. The most efficient way to capture this would be in table format. See attachment.
